By using ApexWallet, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our software or services.
1. Non-Custodial Nature of Software
ApexWallet is a non-custodial crypto wallet software interface. We do not act as an escrow agent, custodian, or financial intermediary. Your cryptocurrency assets are held directly on decentralized blockchains, and access is governed solely by your private key and seed phrase.
2. User Cryptographic Key Responsibility
You are solely responsible for writing down, securing, and backing up your 12-word seed phrase and password. If you lose your seed phrase, your cryptocurrency is permanently lost:
- ApexWallet does not store recovery phrases on any server database.
- We cannot retrieve seed phrases, reset passwords, or recover locked accounts.
3. Risk Disclosures
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. You accept all risks associated with blockchain network fees, congestion, smart contract execution, and extreme asset price volatility.
4. Limitation of Liability
ApexWallet is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall ApexWallet or its developers be held liable for any loss of digital assets, operational downtime, or direct/indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.
