At ApexWallet, we respect your privacy and process personal data in strict compliance with transparency and security principles. Because our architecture is non-custodial, we do not have access to, nor do we store, your private keys, seed phrases, or backup credentials.
1. Information We Collect
We collect account creation details and session information necessary to maintain account security:
- Email address for user identification and login verification
- Encrypted profile metadata managed by Supabase Authentication
- Local dashboard transaction histories and balances (query database only)
2. Cryptographic Zero-Knowledge Policy
Any wallet keys generated are derived entirely within your client browser. We have zero knowledge of these secret credentials:
- We do not track, log, or store your private cryptographic keys on our databases.
- We cannot read or access your 12-word seed recovery phrase.
3. How We Use Cookies
We use secure, essential session cookies required to authenticate your login sessions. We do not use advertising, tracking, or marketing cookies.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to request deletion of your authenticated account. Note that since blockchain records are immutable and decentralized, ApexWallet cannot delete or modify any transactions registered on public crypto ledger networks.
